The Pick-Up Artist is a totally new kind of reality based show with a seduction and pua theme. Master Seduction Guru Mystery, creator of the “Mystery Method” and author of the “ Venusian Arts Handbook” , is starring in his very own VH1 reality show. The news has come to most of the “pickup community” as a shock. Alot of people involved in the community are scared that this will hinder their ability to meet women in the future. VH1 did their filming in early April for Mystery’s show.

Here is a new site dedicated to pick-up artist and it has tons of material related to how to pick up women. This site is different then the rest of the sites and blogs out there. It’s more of a Social Network, Digg style, where people can post favorite articles from thousands of blogs in the seduction and PUA community.

The other night I was at a lounge with some of my boys chilling. I didn’t go out that night intentionally to pick up women. What usually happens is  whenever I’m out having a great time enjoying life and my friends company it attracts women to me. This is normal and a good thing. I agree that more guys really need to start having a social life and go out with their friends \to have fun, not worrying about an outcome. So i got a huge stare down from a girl down the bar. I didn’t break eye contact and gave her that sly bruce willie smile. (I try to at least) When I’m walking past her table i stop and say what’s up, hows everything tonight? I’m very casual no canned material. When i pick up women i don’t usually use any of those canned pick-up artist lines or bar openers. Not my style anymore.

The Dean knows how to pick up women. He has game when it comes to being a pick-up artist, I would actually call him a natural when he picks up women. Now i don’t recommend taking a girl you just met out on a date in the first place. What you should be doing is planning all your dates or get togethers after 9:30 and it should be at your place.

where do you go from here? Well you will obviously either exchange contact info if all is going well or escalate to another bar, club or lounge locations to establish more rapport and get a deeper connection with your new friend.

Have you ever noticed that when you pick up women by treating and speaking to them in that familiar buddy or best friend tonality the interaction seems to go much better. There is a reason why in the Pick-Up community the gurus teach you guys to treat girls like your little bratty sister or “one of the boys.” You see when you talk to a girl like you speak to one of your best guy friends she feels like you are being more genuine with her and not falling into her beauty trap that most guys buy into. You don’t give her the high status that every other chump has been giving her all her life when they try to do their pick-up routine. So by not trying to pick her up by changing your voice and acting fake, she will start to connect with you more and she realizes that it’s totally normal for you to have beautiful friends that are women in your life, since you treat them all the same as the guys in your life.
